Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping to Major Metroplolitan areas ONLY, via recognized and reputable carriers such as Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please & Sendle, with an option to Expedite using Express Post, DHL, TNT, or any other carrier of your choice. Alternatively free collection is available from our warehouse in Argus St Cheltenham, or you can arrange your own courier account collection if applicable.

Sims Fore Golf reserves the right to select and/or change the carrier at any time, unless the customer has specifically requested and paid for a particular service.

All orders require a signature on delivery. No Authority to Leave will be granted.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring someone is in attendance at the delivery address on the date of delivery. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Items are shipped from our Cheltenham Warehouse. Orders shipped internationally (ie. from the Australia into other countries) may be subject to customs, brokerage, international fees and/or taxes which may be due prior to, on, or after delivery and are the sole responsibility of the client. Shipments may be opened, inspected and/or delayed by customs authorities due to heightened border security.

The product’s lead time is the period of time between the date of payment (or layout approval for custom orders) to the date of shipping. Some products are available for rush shipping, but may be subject to additional fees such as expedited courier service costs.
